The goal of this position is to provide technical or functional trouble-shooting and administration of the system mainly for CH Field Force but also other departments. You will be responsible for: - Leads communication on system changes so they understand the benefits and impact - Single point of contact providing technical expertise on how to utilise Scout functionality to its full potential. Hosts re-training sessions for business teams on any functional changes to ensure they are able to adopt it easily - Keep close contact to SuperUser Community - Manage, maintain and update CRM system - Support field force on CRM where required - Provide technical or functional trouble-shooting and administration of the system mainly for CH Field Force but also other departments
