In this position you will play a critical role in the day to-day management and operations of U: Connect. Your daily tasks include: - Ensure continuity of the LeaderFM and Podcast production - Plan shows & podcasts, topics, guests and manage all preparation meetings with team members, including external supporting partner - Manage data gathering process (registration & attendance download, survey distribution & retrieval of data) & coordinate with central data processing team; manage LeaderFM Distribution List - Coordinate exploration of different internal technology options for the U:Connect spaces - Lead the testing, design and deploying technology platform (MatchLearn etc)

- Minimum 3 years LD, P&O project management experience in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment - Strong experience with operational management of complex projects, stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship building skills - Proven analytical and conceptual skills, combined with ability to implement - Experience & comfort with technology for collaboration, including SharePoint (use and administration), MS Teams, Yammer
Relevant degree, postgraduate
